PeopleKind Group announces the appointment of Ms Jacqui Herring as the Managing Director of Nesti Housing, ushering in a bold new chapter for one of Western Australia’s most purpose-driven housing organisations.
Nesti holds a distinctive position in the Western Australian housing landscape, through a diverse range of specialist homes and expert services that enable people to thrive. As a subsidiary of PeopleKind Group, Nesti has a unique set of offerings, spanning Community Housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Repairs and Maintenance and a not-for-profit real estate agency. It is grounded in strong governance, a clear vision, and a commitment to amplifying impact across the community.
“Nesti delivers a distinctive yet cohesive blend of services and has established a unique position in the Western Australian housing market in such a short period of time. I am excited to lead a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to serving our community. Together we will amplify our impact as we work to deliver meaningful solutions to alleviate the housing crisis faced by our state” said Ms Herring.
“We are proud to welcome Jacqui Herring to lead Nesti. Jacqui’s deep commitment to community, together with her proven record across community housing and government services, is a perfect fit with Nesti as it accelerates its growth and expands its impact across Western Australia” said Mark Fitzpatrick, Group CEO of PeopleKind Group.
“Jacqui brings a rare blend of housing knowledge, strategic focus, stakeholder fluency, and on-the-ground empathy. Her values, energy, and practical leadership will help Nesti shape the future of housing, creating places people are proud to call home and pathways that open doors to opportunity. The future for Nesti is truly bright.”
Ms Herring will commence in the role from January 2026. Her arrival aligns with Nesti’s reputation and momentum in brand, service excellence, and stakeholder engagement, helping to set a higher benchmark for the sector as the organisation continues to scale outcomes for tenants, partners, and local communities.
“Western Australians deserve high-quality homes and dignified support,” Mr Fitzpatrick added. “Through Jacqui’s leadership, Nesti will continue to elevate the standard, working closely with government, industry, and community to create and deliver a lasting impact.”
