About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role offered is a full-time, or 0.8 part-time for the right candidate. In this pivotal role reporting to the Managing Directors, you will drive financial performance, enhance data integrity, and provide high-level financial insights across the Superyou and Melior businesses.

You will be a trusted advisor to operational leaders, bridging finance and strategy and ensuring compliance with all financial, regulatory and reporting requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about improving systems, processes and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage ATO, BAS, GST and FBT compliance and submissions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Oversee preparation of annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial modelling and cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure data integrity across teams.
• Manage external audits and implement audit recommendations.

About You

Essential:

• CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in finance business partnering or senior financial accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and governance.
• Proven capability in complex financial environments (NDIS or not-for-profit preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial and taxation legislation.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology use.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Lumary, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills.
