Colleen Birchley is the Managing Director of Superyou Therapy, part of the PeopleKind Group, and brings over 20 years’ experience leading services across health, technology, and government.

Prior to joining Superyou, Colleen held senior leadership roles delivering large-scale national programs, including services supporting individuals and communities experiencing vulnerability. She has led complex operations at scale, with a focus on improving access, quality, and outcomes through strong systems, governance, and innovation.

Colleen is passionate about building services that are person-centred, inclusive, and sustainable. She is committed to supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality care and ensuring services are designed in partnership with the people and communities they support.
