Nulsen Disability Services

Caroline is Chief Executive Officer of Nulsen Disability Services, an organisation of around 700 employees and 50+ locations across the Perth metropolitan area. In her role, she oversees an accommodation program that provides support to people with complex disability, as well as teams providing nursing, allied health (Nulsen Therapy), participant engagement and rostering services. Caroline also sits on the National Disability Services Western Australian Divisional State Committee.

A dedicated human services professional with a long history in the human service sector, Caroline leads and manages multiple operational departments with a thorough understanding of the NDIA framework. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Disability Studies, an Associate Diploma Frontline Management, a Diploma of Project Manager, and is currently studying a Masters of Leadership.

Caroline is skilled in coaching and mentoring, project management, budget management, strategic planning, consulting (including regional), customer service and clinical governance.

Lauded achievements include winner of the WA Governance and Leadership Award 2013 for establishment of accommodation for YPIRAC residents in regional WA, winner of the 2017 BCD Scholarship for not-for-profit women in Leadership and member of The Executive Connection (CEO) 2020.
