Dan is the Executive Director of Risk, Compliance, Governance and joined Nulsen Disability Services in 2016. Having now transferred to the PeopleKind Group executive, he is responsible for the oversight of occupational health and safety, injury management, risk, quality, compliance, legal, workplace investigations and internal and external auditing.

Dan has a strong focus on strategic opportunity and risk management to ensure that the organisations of PeopleKind Group are able to enhance their value, and service offering and strive towards achieving strategic goals.

He is a keen advocate in promoting the importance of data to ensure that decision making within all levels of the company occurs within a structured framework that ensures the ongoing diversification of services and management of risk.
