James Allbeury is an experienced corporate professional with a passion for social and affordable housing. Throughout his career, James has developed, led, and optimised marketing and business strategies for diverse companies and brands.

James firmly believes that housing should be a fundamental right accessible to all individuals. In 2022, he played a pivotal role in establishing Nesti Housing, an organisation dedicated to tackling housing challenges and creating new opportunities as a registered community housing and SDA provider.

James’s holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Curtin University, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and a Diploma of Property (Agency Management). As a licensed property agent, James is contributing his expertise and passion to the housing sector to create social impact via Nesti Housing.
