Join Our Team:

This role is a 0.6FTE, 1-year contract position.

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services for PeopleKind Group and, as needed, providing recruitment support to other organisations within the group. This role ensures talent acquisition aligns with organisational goals while fostering positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles across the group.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organisational policies and employment laws.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across PeopleKind Group and affiliated organisations to provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with other People and Culture teams within the group to ensure consistency and alignment in recruitment practices.
  • Provide recruitment services to other organisations within the PeopleKind Group as required.
  • Adapt recruitment approaches to meet the unique needs of each organisation while adhering to overarching group standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and process efficiency.
  • Provide support during peak periods, employee leave, or increased activity, assisting with broader People and Culture initiatives as required.

What is required:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple organisations or teams simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Must hold Australian citizenship or be a permanent resident of Australia.
