The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, People & Culture to lead and shape our people strategies across the Group, with a focus on Liift, Melior, Nesti and Cahoots. This is an exciting opportunity to influence culture, drive engagement, and deliver innovative People & Culture solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Provide expert advice on attraction, selection, and retention strategies, backed by data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leaders across your portfolio to coach their managers and strengthen team engagement and performance
  • Deliver accurate and meaningful People & Culture analytics and reporting (costs, diversity, turnover, time-to-hire).
  • Take ownership of ensuring our policies, systems, and procedures are not only compliant but also strategically aligned with best practice—leading continuous improvement and embedding excellence across the organisation.
  • Lead performance management processes and drive continuous improvement in P&C operations.
  • Review and update policies, procedures, and employment contracts.
  • Oversee compliance requirements to maintain contractual obligations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including HRIS and LMS systems.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
