Position Description

About the Role:

The Business Systems Analyst and Trainer plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of our client case management application and other Salesforce solutions for one of our organisations, Outcare. In this position, you’ll contribute to the identification, design, development, and implementation of business applications on the Salesforce platform, helping ensure they continue to evolve and meet organisational needs.

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate and support user acceptance testing, ensuring system updates run smoothly and integrate seamlessly into daily operations. You’ll also develop end‑user guides, deliver training, and implement change management processes to support the successful adoption of applications.

In addition, you’ll help teams navigate change by making new features and processes feel intuitive, approachable, and easy to adopt.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Collaborating with the Applications team, internal stakeholders and other vendors to support critical project requirements including discovery, implementation, user acceptance testing and training.
  • Prioritising projects and tasks on the applications backlog in liaison with the Applications team and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering training materials for users, as well as documenting business and system requirements and processes.
  • Creating project frameworks and defining scopes of work to ensure they are achievable, in budget and in alignment with our IT Strategic Plan and Roadmap.
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders and the Applications team to review and analyse business processes and system requirements to ensure the continuous enhancement of existing systems and successful adoption of new initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience implementing business systems and developing and delivering systems training to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A natural curiosity and a passion for learning, problem‑solving, and improving business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster positive collaboration with internal teams.
  • Proven ability to support user acceptance testing, including documenting outcomes and providing clear feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive, “can‑do” attitude with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Action‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
