| Position Description | About the Role: The Business Systems Analyst and Trainer plays a
pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of our client case
management application and other Salesforce solutions for one of our
organisations, Outcare. In this position, you’ll contribute to the
identification, design, development, and implementation of business
applications on the Salesforce platform, helping ensure they continue to evolve
and meet organisational needs. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to
coordinate and support user acceptance testing, ensuring system updates run
smoothly and integrate seamlessly into daily operations. You’ll also develop
end‑user guides, deliver training, and implement change management processes to
support the successful adoption of applications. In addition, you’ll help teams navigate change by making new features and processes feel intuitive, approachable, and easy to adopt.
